The firm established on 1st June 2009 as proprietary firm and later formed a partnership firm on 1st November 2014 and since then it has observed a phenomenal growth across the industry and still growing.

Apart from being one of the partners of the firm, CA. Naresh Shah carries a tremendous amount of work experience with him that goes up to more than 35 years. His expertise in finance and accounts has benefitted various industries like , Chemical Industry, Engineering Industry and BPO Industry to mention a few. His skills and hard work have led him to be a board member at two renowned banking co-operative credit societies. He is also well equipped with the knowledge of export compliance and forex services.

Mitul & Co. was initially established by CA. Mitul Parmar in the year 2009. With extra ordinary curricular achievements and 10 plus years of experience, he is the one who has thorough knowledge of Cost Accounting and Financial and Management Accounting. His hold on Income Tax provisions and GST provisions is commendable. With him being just 37 years old, it gives an extra edge to the firm when it comes to new age solutions to any kind of Accounting/Income Tax/GST services.
